Tasting Notes: Yamadanishiki polished to 35%. A rare aged Daiginjo, the five-year aging elements results in a complex brew that drinks round, soft, and fleshy.  Superb body notes of plum, melon, ripe pear, and minerals.  Wonderful for sipping, but also weighty enough for food pairing.
